The Power of Storytelling has been recognized through the ages and diversity of cultures. We will explore the initial step in the process of inner transformation – Awareness - through sharing our own stories, or offering a favourite story, poem or quote, and in the process, becoming more conscious of our truths.

Turning Lead Into Gold

As we uncover our truths, we will identify one key area of our life that we would like to transform - to turn lead into gold - and through personal reflection (meditating, journaling, energy healing, yoga) and group sharing, start the process of alchemy, of turning a weakness into a strength, of integrating our experiences and feelings into a greater state of being from which we can identify an inner goal, and the associated process of achieving it.

 

Space Is Limited

A smaller gathering allows for more personal expression and time while fostering a nurturing group energy.  Five special Renaissance Women will have the opportunity to share their wisdom and hearts with those who will honour, admire and support them.

Accommodations

There is room for five adults to sleep in shared bedrooms (Total of 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, one private bedroom).  Local Bed-n-Breakfasts and Hotels available for additional fees.

​

Food

All food, beverages and restaurant meals are your responsibility.  You are able to bring your own food.  The Hidden Buddha Healing Center only provides light vegetarian snacks, soups & tea. Saturday Lunch and Sunday Brunch may be at a local restaurant (menus provided upon request) or at the retreat house or farmhouse, according to your interests and needs.

Reiki treatments are available at an additional cost.
